HOW
1. Write down everything you’d like to accomplish in random order
2. In the circles, number your tasks in order of priority
3. Cross off each task when you’re done!
*Tip: Make your first few tasks quick and simple to get the ball rolling
4. Record your water intake, self-care, notes and 3 things you’re grateful for in the spaces on the right. Fill in the mandala with patterns or ink.
WHAT
The icons at the bottom are reminders to keep your day balanced
- Heart hands: Talk or connect with someone; in person or remotely
- Running figure: Move your body; walk, yoga, stretch, gym, run, etc.
- Meditating figure: Engage in something mindful; meditate, yoga, draw, cook, read, music, etc.
- Tree icon: Spend time outside; breathe it in, nature nourishes you
- Water glasses: Stay hydrated; keep track of your water intake, colour them in as you go
WHY
I designed the Daily Planner over time roughly in my notebooks. It has been soeffective as I often feel overwhelmed about where to start when I have a lot on. The Daily Planner sets a course for the day, keeps you on track. It inspires and motivates me, leaving me feeling accomplished and satisfied at the end of the workday.
WHO
The Daily Planner is a useful tool for anyone looking to get things done, improve their productivity and have a clearer plan for the day. I am a self-employed artist so It’s been a great tool in creating structure for my time and work.
