Artist Statement
”My artwork is inspired by fractals in nature; the ever-repeating patterns found all throughout the natural universe. Through my work, I explore ideas surrounding interconnection, the human experience and environmental issues. Fractals allow the observer to draw connections between the pattern of their skin to that of tree bark, to the make-up of our social systems and so forth. The intention of my artwork is to act as a facilitator, to visualise the unbreakable and immense interconnection between humans and nature”.
