“The feeling of drawing, painting and practicing yoga is like no other – it’s grounding, freeing and invigorating. It's the flow state of mind. I wanted to create a necklace that would be a reminder of this feeling throughout the day even when you're not engaged in those practices. People also experience these feelings when playing music, knitting, cooking, running, surfing, whatever their form of meditation may be. A mandala is symbolic of the centre, a space of tranquility, so this whole project came together perfectly. Of course, I wanted to use the highest quality materials and make this a long lasting collectable item. I hand drew the mandala and had it custom made in 925 stamped sterling silver”
